Contrast and equilibrium of the colors create harmony and the beauty of irregularity. The Collection is inspired by ancient paving stones, symbols of the evolution of civilization. It is composed of five hand tufted rug designs, in which each part is different from the other in a balanced mix of precious materials, different textures and production methods.
About Studio Salaris
Studio Salaris was born in the historic centre of Milan, world capital of design. Founder Alessandra Salaris topped her classical education studying design and communication between London and Milan.

In the lands where flint originates, geology and textile fibers meet amidst layers and silences. The natural landscape becomes a narrative frame, allowing the stone's irregularities and the softness of the surfaces to emerge naturally.
