The salt marshes of the Venice lagoon form a unique and priceless heritage, a fragile system of low-lying islands that host incredible biodiversity of both flora and fauna. With their varying levels, the salt marshes create ever-changing landscapes that vary with the slow rhythm of the tides.
Associate Professor of Industrial Product Design at IUAV University of Venice. An architect, he graduated under Vittorio Gregotti and works on design projects at different scales. His “first steps” in the field of industrial design began in Murano, in the world of blown glass, working with the Salviati glassworks. His design research explores the possibility of addressing a wide range of themes, technologies, and product typologies, from his experience with Olivetti to interface design, as well as long-term consultancy and collaborations with internationally oriented companies.
